For teams with many channels

Run every 24/7 channel from one workspace

Loops, multistreams and Live Scenes channels share one list that shows what is live, what is scheduled and what needs attention. Each person on your team signs in with their own account, and streams reconnect on their own when something drops.

Every stream is billed by the minute, only while live: one 24/7 stream at 1080p is about $10 per 30 days.

An example workspace. A scheduled stream goes live at its time.

Everyone signs in as themselves

Invite people by email or with a link. There are three roles: owners and admins manage the team, and members work on loops, uploads, destinations and schedules. Each person signs in to their own account, so nobody shares a password.

Run streams from your own systems

Create, start, stop and schedule streams over the REST or GraphQL API. A stream made over the API behaves exactly like one made in the dashboard, and AI apps can do the same through our MCP server.

One balance for the whole workspace

Every stream in the workspace runs from the same credit balance, so one top-up covers the whole fleet. Each top-up comes with a PDF invoice that shows your company name, tax ID and address.

Every kind of channel in one list

Mix the kinds of channel you run. Each one is a stream in the same list.

  • Loops of recorded video

A playlist plays around the clock, and Smart order sets the play order when you ask for it in plain words.

  • One stream on many platforms

Each stream goes to up to 5 destinations at once: YouTube, Twitch, Kick or any RTMP server.

  • Channels with graphics and live shows

With Live Scenes: logos, tickers, live data and live shows from OBS or an encoder, built in a studio in your browser, at up to 1080p and 60 fps.

When a stream drops at 3 am

Streams run in the cloud and recover without anyone at the desk.

  • It reconnects on its own

If a stream drops, Streamloop restarts it and reconnects, usually before viewers notice. The stream's page shows Reconnecting while it works.

  • One platform failing does not stop the others

When one destination fails, the stream's other destinations stay on air.

  • A backup stream on YouTube

Turn on the backup stream and YouTube gets your stream twice, so it can switch if the main one drops. It doubles that stream's cost.

  • Backup sources in Live Scenes

Give a live input a backup. If the input drops, the backup goes live after a delay you set, from 0 to 60 seconds.

  • Streams that need a look are grouped together

The list puts them under Needs attention, with the reason next to each one.

  • You can close the dashboard

Loops play from the cloud, and so do scenes built from recorded media. Close the dashboard or switch off your computer and they keep running. A live feed from OBS or an encoder needs that computer on.

Questions from teams with many channels

Is there a limit on how many streams we run?

There is no stream limit per workspace. You can run as many streams as your balance covers. If you plan dozens of channels, tell us first so we plan the capacity with you.

Which platforms can each stream go to?

Up to 5 destinations per stream: YouTube, Twitch, Kick and any RTMP server, with at most one YouTube channel per stream. Read how multistreaming works.

Can a channel show graphics, live data and live shows?

Yes, with Live Scenes, a studio in your browser for logos, tickers, data from a Google Sheet and live feeds from OBS, vMix or an encoder, at up to 1080p and 60 fps. Guest cameras are not available.

Can we automate streams from our own software?

Yes. The REST and GraphQL API create, start, stop and schedule streams the same way the dashboard does, and AI apps do it through our MCP server. An API key has full access to your account, so keep it with your other secrets.

Do you support SSO or a white-label dashboard?

No. Each person signs in to their own Streamloop account, and the dashboard shows the Streamloop name. Tell us if you need either.

Can we limit who sees which stream?

Not per stream. Everyone in a workspace works on all of its streams. A person can belong to several workspaces, so separate clients can have separate workspaces. Tell us how you want it set up.

How do we pay?

The workspace pays from one credit balance, by card or crypto, as you go or with a monthly plan. Invoice billing and volume rates are part of a contract. See all prices.

Can we test it before we talk?

Yes. Start one stream with the $1 trial week, which becomes a monthly plan unless you cancel.

What a contract can add

  • Volume rates for many streams
  • Support terms and an SLA in your contract
  • Invoice billing
  • A security and procurement review
