Livepush Review

Livepush is primarily a multistream distribution and cloud-delivery platform, with unattended prerecorded looping beginning at Creators; it does not provide a full StreamYard-style browser production studio.

Updated August 5, 2026
Starting priceFree; paid from $15/monthPro is $15/month or $13/month annually but does not include continuous 24/7. The first persistent social-streaming tier is Creators at $39/month or $33/month annually, with 20 GB storage, up to three prerecorded streams, looping, and 4K.

Strengths & limitations

What Livepush does well, and where it falls short

An honest breakdown based on published features, third-party reviews, and their own disclosures.

What's good
  • Strong one-to-many distribution to major platforms and custom RTMP/SRT endpoints
  • Cloud scheduled uploads, playlists, loops, and recurring broadcasts
  • Creators includes 4K, continuous playback, and three prerecorded streams
  • Paid streaming hours are broadly unlimited outside the explicit continuous-24/7 gate
  • Separate hosted-delivery catalog offers player, CDN, HLS, and bandwidth packages
Where it falls short
  • Pro's unlimited monthly hours do not permit continuous 24/7 streaming
  • Public destination counts conflict between plan cards, tables, FAQ, and help articles
  • The Free plan destination limit is especially inconsistent, so three is the conservative claim
  • No full native guest room, scene switcher, or browser production mixer
  • Storage and prerecorded concurrency remain tier-capped

When to consider Streamloop instead of Livepush

Choose Livepush when one source needs to be relayed to many social or custom destinations, especially when OBS, vMix, a hardware encoder or another browser studio already handles production. Multistream distribution is central to Livepush's category.

Consider Streamloop when each channel is a dedicated unattended prerecorded playlist and broad fan-out is unnecessary. Streamloop sends each stream to one managed YouTube or compatible RTMP destination and does not replace Livepush's relay network or separate hosted-player/CDN products.

For a persistent prerecorded comparison, use Livepush Creators or higher. Pro advertises unlimited monthly streaming hours but does not include continuous 24/7 operation, while the Free plan is limited to 20 monthly streaming hours and short prerecorded events.

FAQ

Livepush FAQ

Common questions about Livepush's features, pricing, and fit

What is Livepush's primary product category?

Livepush is principally a server-side multistream relay and delivery platform. It accepts RTMP or SRT ingest and distributes one source to social platforms and custom endpoints.

It also offers cloud prerecorded scheduling, recording and a separate hosted-player/CDN catalog, but those modes should not obscure its core one-to-many distribution role.

What do Livepush Free and the lowest 24/7 plan include?

The current Free table lists 20 streaming hours per month, prerecorded events up to 20 minutes, 200 MB of storage, one concurrent prerecorded stream and one queued event. It does not include continuous 24/7 operation. The same page publishes conflicting Free destination counts, so checkout should be treated as authoritative for that allowance.

The current social-streaming catalog places continuous 24/7 scheduling and unlimited-duration prerecorded events on Creators. It is listed at $39 monthly or $390 annually, displayed as about $33 per month on annual billing.

Creators also lists 20 GB of storage, three concurrent prerecorded streams and 16 queued events. Business increases those allowances.

Does Livepush Pro support 24/7 streaming because its hours are unlimited?

No. Livepush explicitly separates unlimited monthly streaming hours from continuous 24/7 entitlement. Pro supports prerecorded events up to four hours and does not include the always-on schedule channel.

This is why the $15 Pro price should not be used as the entry price for a persistent prerecorded loop.

Does Livepush include a full browser production studio?

No. Livepush's own comparison page says there is no built-in browser studio. It does not document native guest rooms, backstage production, scene switching or a StreamYard-style mixer.

Livepush recommends producing with OBS, vMix, streaming hardware or another studio, then sending that output to Livepush for distribution. A simple webcam source is not equivalent to a full guest-production studio.

How many destinations does Livepush support?

Official Livepush pages use 30+, 40+ and plan-table totals, while plan cards separately show per-platform account limits. The current pricing table lists 10, 30 and 40 total destinations for Free, Pro and Creators, but other official help and product copy conflicts with parts of that presentation.

Because the numbers describe different concepts and do not fully agree, buyers should verify the required total destinations and accounts per platform at checkout rather than relying on one headline.

Are Livepush's hosted-player plans the same as its social multistream plans?

No. The hosted-player/CDN catalog adds Akamai delivery, website playback, bandwidth allowances, access controls and player infrastructure. Its Events, Studio and Network plans are priced separately from the social Free, Pro, Creators and Business catalog.

There is feature overlap, but hosted playback on a customer's website is a different purchasing job from relaying to external social destinations.

When does Streamloop fit better than Livepush?

Streamloop fits the narrower job of one unattended prerecorded playlist per destination with usage-based billing and managed YouTube or RTMP delivery.

Livepush fits when the defining requirement is fan-out from one feed to many destinations, or when hosted website delivery and CDN bandwidth are needed.
